Today, I attended the Legal Education Committee of the Sapporo Bar Association. 

The presentation, which Mr law-related Educaction did, was very meaningful. 

I also attended the social gathering afterwards. 

Lawyers tend to be very assertive, so I was laughing while listening...

After work in Niseko, I returned to my lab. 

I summarized todays interviews and prepared for tomorrows study meeting. 

I can not go to my lab. tomorrow either. 

My  work will just pile up... it ca not be helped.

It felt like I was in a foreign country. 

But it also seemed that people were being arrogant.

I was reminded of an Australian couple I met in Pippu the other day, who said they hated Niseko because it was so noisy and that they were sorry for ruining Japan.

The Wi-Fi signal in my room is so weak I can not get any work done.

I will go to Niseko-town tomorrow for my research.

2.13 Friday...

Today I went to Asahikawa.

I interviewed a long-established real estate agent. 

It made me realize how little understanding I have of reality in my work. 

But I am truly grateful for the cooperation of so many people. 

I have to produce good results.

There was a whiteout on the way there, and the roads were icy on the way back. 

I was exhausted from driving.

I had some private time, and an Australian couple told me I look like an Italian. 

I do not know why, but it made me happy.

It was great.

I went to this event hosted by the Chamber of Commerce.

The students smiles were wonderful. 

They had a great experience. 

Opportunities like this should not be missed.

I returned to my university.

I spoke with a foreign professor about environmental issues. There was a lot I did not know, so it was a great learning experience.

Tomorrow I will go to Asahikawa for my research.

In the night I will return to my uni.

Today I was tired...

I do not know the reason.

I sometimes napped...

I received a lecture on private lodging from a certified administrative scrivener. 

I had a negative opinion of it, but it was a very educational experience. 

It made me think I might try it myself, and I thought it would be interesting to run a private lodging business by my seminar.

講義でも言ってるけれど，

僕は投票に行こうなんて言わない。

自由だし。

その時間があるなら，

社会，世界，経済，政治について，

図書館等でしっかりと勉強することを薦める。

この点は，立候補している方々にも言いたい。

実は，この点について，僕の意見はさらにあって，

選挙権は，22，23歳にすべきではないか，と思っている。

用意すべきではないか，という議論もある。

こういうことを知って（読んで）から

議論することが必要なんじゃないかな，と思う。
