Today marks the end of the universitys Obon break. 

I have been coming into the university the whole time.

For us, every day is like a holiday anyway.

I made progress on my research regarding the issue of land with unknown owners. 

I need to consider how this relates to property rights. 

In addition, I need to get in touch with a professor at the University of Sydney.

I was not feeling very well, and I also needed to arrange tickets for a trip to Kenbuchi, so I left the university early.

Today is Obon.

Perhaps due to the training, I felt sleepy all day.

I am conducting research on the issue of land with unknown owners and the problem of real estate acquisition by foreign capital.

I worked on drafts for research grant applications—both for MEXT and for private organizations. 

Afterward I tried to make progress on my research, but things are not moving very fast.

 There is a lot of preliminary work involved, such as gathering and organizing materials.  

I have not been feeling my best lately.

But I do my best.

I left the office just after 11 p.m., but there were still a few cars parked in the lot. 

I am grad to see researchers working so hard.

I felt unwell...and took a nap..

I am currently working on about ten research projects.

Some are related to one another, while others are completely unrelated. 

I have not yet mastered managing my time, but I have no choice but to keep going.

Today was a national holiday.

What was I doing today???

In the afternoon a student came to talk.

After that I was writing grant applications and coming up with ideas for research.

I have absolutely no time off, but I will do my best.

But I had the important meeting in the afternoon.

So I cancelled it.

The day was entirely taken up by grading student papers, writing the paper due at the end of the month, and proofreading.

Tomorrow I have to go to Kenbuchi for next month field work.

I want free time to study...

20260802 担保物権，債権各論，法学入門，採点終了

急かされていたので，まず，採点をやっつけた。

法学入門も採点終了。何人かよくできた答案があった。模範解答は，Moodleの僕の担当箇所の最後の箇所にアップしておく。

債権各論は，最高点70点台か。平均点は，10点代か20点代だと思う。よくできた答案が2枚あった。

担保物権は，100点を超えた答案が2人。もう1人，良い答案があった。

いずれの試験も，回答用紙の返却を受けつけるので，右下のスケジュールを見て，アポを取って欲しい。火曜にアナウンスを回す。

メールでの点数の照会や，単位が取れているか否かの紹介は，受けつけないので，あしからず。

点数をメモできたら，アナウンスを回すが，

民法ⅡとⅤの採点を終えた。

民法Ⅱは，合格点を取れたのは，5人程度か…。

民法Ⅴは，それなりかな。

いずれも模範解答をMoodleにアップしておいた。

法学入門の採点も始めた。

こちらもマズい状況。

講義の仕方を考えないとならないよな，と思う。

学問ができるようになることは，格好良いことなんだよ。
