I went from Asahikawa to Kitami and then back to Sapporo.

I had planned to go running in Kitami, but the drive was so long that I gave up.

Nearly 500 kilometers driving suffers my body.

I could not sleep at all last night. 

Maybe the hotel did not suit me.

There are still a lot of things I need to do before I head to Scotland. 

I have to keep working hard.
