I had a fever this morning.

I felt chills and unwell since last night.

I think it's fatigue.

I took a fever reducer and arrived at the conference late. 

I was able to hear my co-researchers presentation. 

I had to give up on an afternoon project because of the fever, so I listened to the conference's keynote speech that afternoon. 

My poor health has returned.

I had articles due the next morning, so I headed straight from New Chitose Airport to the university. 

I managed to submit it, but I still don't feel well.
