In the morning I had an appointment, so I could not watch the TV in which I commented the land acquisition by foreign capital.

A few colleagues spoke to me about this comment.

My friend and my seminar OB sent me the message.

In the afternoon I prepared tomorrows lecture and todays seminar.

After the seminar I  proofread my papers.

I could proceed my research a little.

I have some free time from tomorrow evening, so I have to work hard on my research. However, I have a lot of things to do.
