Last night, I went to the night emergency center. 

I had to cancel the morning lecture. 

I was still feeling unwell in the morning, so I went to the hospital. 

I was relieved to see that my blood test was normal. 

I had to get an IV again.

I think it was heatstroke from training too hard, and overwork.

I tell my seminar students to take good care of their health, so it's embarrassing for me to be like this.

I came to university, but I'm not doing very well (and that's been the case this week). I go home early to prepare for tomorrow's supplementary lecture.
