But having to writing some articles is grateful.

I saw that a person riding a bicycle on the sidewalk was caught by the police.

I think this rule is strange, considering how roads and cities in Japan are designed, not for bicycles to ride on the road. 

Is not this rule being considered a problem? 

I need to speak up and protest.
