In the afternoon I went to Tobetsu to see NevaGiva at which Tobetsu high school students submitted their projects.
It was heartening to see the adults in the town stepping up to help raise the children.
I returned to my lab. and continued my studies in tax law.
I have a lot to do over the next two weeks.
