The joint seminar is over. 

I'm back with the students. 

I wasn't able to lead them well. 

I'm reflecting on that. 

I'll say that at this week's seminar.

I returned to the university from New Chitose Airport. 

If I'm not there for two days, works pile up, and I have a lot of plans this week, so I'm also preparing for that.

I've lived my life on my own, without fawning or joining. 

Of course, I know I received a lot of support. 

I need to achieve results. 

I won't compete on the basis of university, but on my individual (achievements).

It is my policy.

It was a joint seminar. 

It was nerve-wracking. 

But there were some good discussions. 

I hope they can make use of the reflections and regrets they gained here in the second semester.

The students from other universities were also nice.

The social gathering was lively, and I think the students were able to interact with each other.

It seems the seminar students went to an after-party. 

I'm not going. 

I hope this will help the students to become closer.

Tomorrow is the joint seminar.

Despite this, I'm feeling unwell and tired, which is a bit worrying.

I can't keep up with the lectures halfway through...

I'm starting to realize I'm getting old.

The reality is that I have so many things to do that I don't have time to give lectures. During todays lecture, I thought, "What is this?", and when I checked just now, I was wrong. That's no good.

The university feels lonely on Fridays.

The teachers probably have academic conferences, but unless they make  presentations, they are just listening, so I think it's nothing but a waste of time. 

I think it would be better to look for or read materials for research, or write.

I don't like living a life of pretense.
